At German Hotel School El Gouna, we believe that the best way to learn is by doing. That’s why our campus is designed to simulate real hotel and restaurant environments, giving students a comprehensive and immersive experience in hospitality operations. Our state-of-the-art culinary training kitchen is outfitted with modern professional equipment used in top hotels and restaurants. This real-world setting provides essential training for those pursuing careers in hotel kitchens, catering services, or culinary arts in Egypt and abroad.

We offer dedicated areas for food and beverage service training, including simulated restaurant and bar space. Students receive practical instruction in table service, bar operations, and guest communication, preparing them to excel in restaurant, banquet, and bar proffession roles. Students train in a fully furnished hotel room, with attention to detail and quality.
Our fully furnished hotel simulation room allows students to practice housekeeping procedures, room setup, and guest service standards. They gain a clear understanding of the entire guest experience, from check-in to check-out, ensuring they are fully prepared for operational roles in hotels, resorts, or cruise lines.
On-campus training restaurant

Students host, serve, and manage in our functional training restaurant. A perfect preparation for front-of-house roles in hotels and resorts.
Students refine their front-of-house service skills in our on-campus training restaurant, which operate like real dining establishments. Here, they rotate through roles such as host, server, and supervisor, learning the finer points of hospitality etiquette, customer service, and restaurant operations. All essential for working in high-end dining environments.
Modern classrooms
Our spacious, air-conditioned classrooms are equipped with interactive boards and multimedia teaching tools to support engaging theoretical instruction. Courses include among others inventory management, service-, kitchen-, beverage related topics, language learning (German and English), and marketing, giving students a well-rounded academic foundation to complement their practical skills.

Lobby and reception
Our lobby and reception area serves as a real-life training environment where students gain hands-on experience in guest services and front office operations.
Modeled after professional hotel standards, this space allows learners to practice welcoming guests, managing bookings, and handling inquiries, together with developing essential communication and organizational skills in a realistic setting.
PC room with hospitality Industry Software
Our dedicated computer lab is equipped with industry-standard hospitality software, enabling students to simulate front office operations, hotel reservations, and administrative tasks. This digital training enhances their competence in using the tools found in real hotel environments, making them job-ready from day one.

Outdoor area
Not only during school time, the German Hotel School is providing their students the best possibilities to push their limits. We understand that for best performances at school and work fun and action has to be on the daily routine as well.
The outdoor facilities at the German Hotel School provide a vibrant extension of campus life. Students can relax between classes or engage in physical activity on the outdoor sports field. Several afterschool activities are offered such as football, basketball, self-defense or other sport activities to change the mood.
Shaded seating areas and green surroundings encourage social interaction, events, and recreation, promoting a healthy balance between study and well-being.
Dormitory
Our modern student dormitory offers a safe, comfortable, and community-focused living environment.
This state-of-art dormitory complex was built in 2018. It offers space for 145 students.
We have 48 student rooms. The shared common spaces with workstations, 2 spacious cafeterias and a modern, fully equipped kitchen to provide them with 3 healthy meals a day, create a sense of home away from home.
Living on campus supports students’ independence, strengthens bonds between classmates, and allows full immersion into the school’s learning and social culture, all just steps away from the classroom.
